We arrange nation wide delivery on all orders.
Live shipping prices and transit time will be calculated at the cart page once you select the product.
Please ensure someone is available to sign for the delivery, otherwise you will be liable for a $100 re-delivery charge per pack if the goods are unable to be left.
Unless agreed otherwise, all deliveries will be made to the kerbside or the bottom of the driveway. Alternative methods of delivery are available upon request. Deliveries will not be able to be made on grass or gravel.
Ensure the delivery area is flat and solid enough to take the weight of a pallet truck carrying up to 1 tonne in weight. Please advise Granite and Paving of any constraints which may restrict access to your address for our delivery vehicles.
Whilst we do our utmost to ensure your goods arrive in perfect condition, it is important to allow a total of 5% for cuts, wastage and for a small number of potential breakages when ordering.
We always check each crate before it is dispatched, if you should find any problem with your order or even have any suspicion of damage, please sign for goods as damaged. We will not be able to arrange replacements or credit if delivery is not signed for as damaged.
You have 24 hours from the time of delivery in which to report details of any damaged or missing items. We’ll be happy to refund value of any additional (above 5%) breakage of slabs. Written and photographic evidence will be required in order for us to follow up your requests. All damaged or missing products must be reported within 14 days from delivery.
If you refuse the goods or are unable to accept the goods at the time, a re-delivery charge will be made. These charges are set by the delivery network.

Delivery will normally be made within 4 to 8 working days from dispatch, and Granite and Paving LLC’s courier will contact you to arrange a suitable day for delivery. We may be able to give an estimated time of delivery but this may not be possible for every order. Working days are classified as Monday to Friday and exclude bank holidays.
Whilst every effort is made to get the stone to you in perfect condition, please allow for up to 1 or 2 broken slabs per pack. We will issue a refund for any amount above 2 broken slabs per pack upon provision of photos showing the damaged slabs, received within 7 days of receipt of goods. It is always advisable to allow an additional 5% leeway on the amount ordered for damages or cuts.
